Larry is the founder of Weiss Linescale and architect of the innovative online research solution, Linescale. Over his career he created many highly-usable mass market products and services. His development work on the Citibank ATM terminals in the 1970's and 80's earned the distinction "killer app". The thousands of Automated Postal Centers designed by Larry's team and deployed by the US Postal Service in the 2000's continued the tradition. During 20 years working with Citibank as consultant and then as head of development for Citigroup, Larry created and developed innovative consumer banking products and services that are in daily use in over 50 countries. Recently Larry has developed and refined Linescale through work with Aetna Insurance, Priceline.com, FreshDirect, Walmart.com, United States Postal Service, Fair Isaac, Pitney Bowes, Cadbury Schweppes Americas, Airborne, Lenox Hill Hospital, Lincoln Center, Kaplan University, JP Morgan Chase Bank, Jenny Craig International, Siegel + Gale, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Couponbug, Prestige Brands, Beech-Nut Foods, Unity 08 and Marriott Hotels and Resorts International. Larry learned his trade at Pillsbury and General Foods, doing innovative marketing research, product management and product development. Among his many packaged-goods creations are Underoos Children's Underwear, Cycle Dog Food, Cocoa Pebbles and Fruity Pebbles Cereal. He continues to apply the unique product development approaches learned in packaged goods to the development of consumer products and services today. Larry has twelve U.S. Patents and several Patents Pending. He holds degrees in Psychology and Philosophy and Experimental Psychology from Boston University. Brad Braddock serves as President of Weiss Linescale. Most recently Brad was the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Blackbaud (Nasdaq: BLKB), the leading provider of software and services designed specifically for nonprofit organizations. At Blackbaud, Brad was in charge of global marketing operations, including marketing strategy, product marketing, market research, marketing communications, and lead generation. In addition to helping take the company public and building out the marketing function, Brad also ran Blackbaud's Arts and Cultural Business Unit. He has acted in similar capacities as Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for software providers iMediation and Prime Response (Nasdaq: PRME). Previous experience includes Brand and Product Management positions at Intel Corporation and serving as a Lead Consultant for Booz*Allen & Hamilton. Brad has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Dartmouth College. |

Donna Porter serves as the Operations/Training and Account Manager at Weiss Linescale. Donna brings many years of experience developing user-centered software products and services for delivery platforms such as personal computers, work stations, Internet, mobile devices, touch-screen kiosks, interactive voice response systems and industrial machine controls. Before joining Weiss Linescale, she consulted for companies such as AT&T, Verizon, American Express, United States Postal Service, Pitney Bowes and Sealed Air Corporation. Donna was a Vice President/Creative Director at Citibank's Development Division where she directed development of consumer banking products and services. She was the Manager for the East Coast Development Office for Mindscape, a company that created software products for educational and consumer markets. As a founding member of Scholastic Software, she helped pioneer the development of award-winning educational software products for students and teachers. Donna holds a B.S. degree in Education from Northern Arizona University with English and Psychology majors, and is a former high school teacher. |

Dan Axtell serves as the Chief Technologist at Weiss Linescale. Dan specializes in finding unorthodox solutions to unconventional problems, and has designed the software used for the Linescale system by leveraging open source tools with an agile programming methodology. Dan follows a minimalist design philosophy that complements the "less is more" approach of the Linescale system. Prior to working with Larry Weiss, Dan was a freelance web developer, with a background in Windows applications, unix system software and embedded applications. Dan has been programming professionally since 1991 and is a graduate of the Stevens Institute of Technology with a degree in physics. |
